This super large 1,620 sq feet space should do the job.  From work rooms, to play room, with a full bathroom included and the laundry toom in here as well, it's hard to think of what more one needs!

Here you can see into one of the storage or work spaces.  (Cabinets not included in the sale of the home at this time)

Another storage area, this is the newly laid linoleum tile floor.
